「豆干厝」消滅 房價飆漲

甩掉「豆干厝」的惡名，三重區環河南路、中正南路周邊房價連翻二倍！當地里長說，「豆干厝」存在時，有新建大樓每坪20餘萬元求售都乏人問津，但「豆干厝」拆除後現在房價飆漲到一坪50萬元以上，「治安好轉，更讓大家開心！」

新北市警局行政科表示，今年至今，警察局共取締「非法媒介性交易」287件、查獲1047人，其中在三重及新莊地區分別查獲46件及29件；除了警察局強力掃蕩色情，更結合公安聯合稽查小組，對遭查獲色情場所列為「優先稽查」目標，採取強制斷水、斷電等，警方說，今年已讓72家暗營色情場所關門歇業。
