宣明智非婚生女案 僅律師出庭

（中央社記者劉建邦台北15日電）聯電榮譽副董事長宣明智為確認和名媛李珍妮女兒的親子關係不存在，提起訴訟。法院今天開庭，宣明智委任律師出庭。

媒體報導，宣明智向台北地方法院家事法庭，對李珍妮女兒提起訴訟，案由為「確認親子關係不存在」，希望透過法律程序，確認自己並非李珍妮女兒的生父。

宣明智的委任律師下午2時許抵達台北地方法院新店家事法庭，進入法院時，未發一語快步入內，宣明智和李珍妮皆未出現。

約莫1小時後，宣明智的委任律師現身法院大廳內，引起在外守候多時的媒體一陣騷動，但律師步出法院後仍不發言，快步離去。1020815
