我於七月二十五日與對方擦撞

對方是由對向違規迴轉，我煞車不及與對方身發生擦撞，擦撞位子兩線道內中間虛線偏內(內線為禁行機車道)

對方屬於酒駕行為(抽血報告:酒精反應248)，疑似未戴安全帽(現場事故照對方機車倒地時安全帽在腳踏板那個位子；我起身關心對方時頭部沒有安全帽)

對方狀況昏迷指數６，叫他時手腳有反應

目前手頭上只有"現場事故圖"."現場事故照"."對方的酒測數字"及"我和對方的交涉及探訪對方時間"

行車紀錄器與監視器畫面休養期間沒去調.....所以沒有!!!

請問我接下來該怎麼做?
我會遇到哪些問題?
