請問有人是住在仁武區的芭達雅大樓嗎?
目前正在看房子~繼上次透天屋的事件後~
這次非常的謹慎,
我們看到仁武區的芭達雅大樓11樓3房2廳2衛,
不管是採光或是通風都是我們喜愛的
但不知道那邊住屋的素質如何,
房屋是否會漏水,
或是管委會方面有沒有問題,
上來請教各位,
