原本屬於中興汽車旗下之江西華翔富奇汽車廠，經過去年江鈴汽車出資五億人民幣重新併購之後，日前正式宣佈成立全新「江鈴輕汽」自主汽車品牌，於此該集團除了原有同FORD合資成立「江鈴福特」、「江鈴五十鈴」與「江鈴陸風LANDWIND」以外，連同先前併購長安太原重汽成立之「江鈴重汽」，進一步擴大江鈴汽車佈局。
