Gusto RCA 2.1 車架起泡

目前處理過程:

2013.09.08 將車子交給車店寄回公司
最早從店家那裏得到的資訊是...Gusto業務說.應該會換新的車架回來.
但是後來車子牽到店家..卻跟我說....是 "起泡的部份重新烤漆" 這樣的處理方式!

2013.09.08 寄email給Gusto客服

2013.09.11 Gusto客服小姐來電
來電一一告知客服小姐在我車上出現的問題.
客服小姐說..預計最遲 9/18 晚上會回電該如何處理

2012.09.16 Gusto 客服來電告知
回報內容：
1. 管胎氣嘴是正常的！
但是我早在與Gusto客服的第一通電話裏就已告知
你們原廠的管胎氣嘴有問題無法正常打氣，而我只
騎了不到10公里就自己花錢換好一點的管胎，所以，
你們Gusto是還再檢測什麼？
2. 我買的店家並沒有盡快的將我的車子寄出，而是在
9月13日才寄出！
3. 重新上整台金油約需14個工作天以上，所以最晚會
在10月11日再通知是否會提前寄回。
4. 我的大盤會勞練問題(大盤轉動起來會歪歪的)要幫
我再調整? 如果是齒盤歪歪的是調整就能解決的嗎??

原本周遭朋友都極力反對我買Gusto的車，但我會買這台車的原因，是想說對台灣新品牌
的一個肯定，才會買了RCA 2.1 結果到頭來，卻是要浪費我這麼多時間？
Gusto 你們有想過要如何賠償我的時間損失嗎？？？

也許會有車友數落我，誰叫你們愛貪小便宜，買這種新公司新產品！
唉！！！ 我真的失望了!!
所以我昨天去訂了Giant propel advanced sl3，因為我已經對Gusto不寄予任何期待了！
