超強暴風雨來襲　英國嚴陣以待

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】英國氣象局警告英格蘭和威爾斯27日開始將面臨暴風雨威脅，暴雨恐造成部分地區淹水，呼籲數百萬居民做好準備。

氣象局預估暴風風速將高達每小時130公里，從英國西南往東北方向移動，當地鐵路公司警告27和28兩日火車可能會停駛，建議乘客勿搭乘，希斯羅機場也預告28日班機恐有延誤，呼籲乘客提前查詢班機資訊。
