標題[問題] 面試談薪是扣完勞健保後嗎??

請問一下各位大大 面試時談的薪水 是扣完勞健保之後 還是未扣之前?? 勞保勞退有一定的自付額 如果是自付額部分我認為算是自己得薪水 還有一項叫做 "誠實保費" 雖然不到二十元 但是聽起來好像在幫公司付保費 到底誠實保費是在保障公司還是自己啊?? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.75.5.76
