Nettv3 dual 在不同區域 無法連線問題

我有一台Nettv3 dual，裝於新竹家中(中華電信)，用網路線連接中華電信Router
用NB在家中、公司、出差在美國可以正常觀看。
手機(IOS)在北部、南部、出差在美國也都可以正常觀看

但在新竹老家(中華電信)時，用手機/平板(IOS)連接老家Wi-Fi卻無法連線觀看(測試時沒有其他設備使用網路)
同時間用手機(3G網路)，即可正常觀看。
只用手機/平板試過，還未用NB試過。
在老家測試網路速度 下行3.87 Mbps/上行140.897 kpbs

請問有人有遇過相同的狀況嗎?
