AV女優長太差？　A片業者挨告被起訴

買A片嫌AV女優長相太差能告「詐欺」嗎？台北一名高姓男子因購買A片糾紛，一狀告上地檢署，但檢方認為關於A片內容品質好壞屬個人認知，因此予以不起訴處分。但仍另案以妨害風化起訴。

根據了解，這起離譜的A片買賣糾紛，肇因於現年40歲的高姓男子被色情光碟販售業者宣傳單上的AV女優撩人姿態所吸引，因而自備大容量硬碟，以4千元新台幣向業者購買A片。

但事後高男卻嫌所購A片內容與宣傳單上的性感模樣「差很大」，因而怒告業者詐欺；全案經士林地檢署偵結後，認為屬單純買賣糾紛無關詐欺問題，予以不起訴處分。

不過，由於業者販售A片及製作撩人宣傳單攬客行為已涉及妨害風化罪嫌，因此檢方也以另案起訴。
