口湖鄉烏魚收成季　樂取黃金卵

【林靜盛／雲林報導】每年11、12月是烏魚收成季節，口湖鄉養殖業者陸續收網，捕捉成魚取烏魚卵，一籃籃黃金色的烏魚卵，色澤艷麗引人注目，讓人不禁食指大動想品嘗烏魚子，業者曾健一說：「今年民眾要吃烏魚子需多花約200元！」因電費、飼料漲價，且氣候不夠寒冷，魚卵成型情形不佳，產量減少導致去年8兩重烏魚子，去年每台斤2600元，今年上漲到約2800元。口湖鄉養殖烏魚、烏魚子產量市占率達六成，鄉農會為此本月22、23兩天，舉辦特產推廣活動，今辦記者會宣傳，邀民眾來看古文物展、品嚐烏魚酥、烏魚香腸與烏魚丸子等料理。
