口湖鄉烏魚收成季 樂取黃金卵

【林靜盛/雲林報導】每年11、12月是烏魚收成季節,口湖鄉養殖業者陸續收網,捕捉成魚取烏魚卵,一籃籃黃金色的烏魚卵,色澤艷麗引人注目,讓人不禁食指大動想品嘗烏魚子,業者曾健一說:「今年民眾要吃烏魚子需多花約200元!」因電費、飼料漲價,且氣候不夠寒冷,魚卵成型情形不佳,產量減少導致去年8兩重烏魚子,去年每台斤2600元,今年上漲到約2800元。口湖鄉養殖烏魚、烏魚子產量市占率達六成,鄉農會為此本月22、23兩天,舉辦特產推廣活動,今辦記者會宣傳,邀民眾來看古文物展、品嚐烏魚酥、烏魚香腸與烏魚丸子等料理。
