防APP詐騙 NCC將訂規範

近來智慧手機應用程式出現詐騙事件頻傳，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）主委石世豪表示，將在一個月內與電信業者研擬相關規範。

近來智慧手機軟體的詐騙事件頻傳，藉由吸引使用者關注的對話，讓消費者點選連結，使對方取得手機權限，再藉由小額付費購買遊戲點數，造成消費者錢財損失，立委今天審查NCC預算時，要求NCC進行管理。

石世豪表示，NCC在9月時已邀集電信業者檢討小額付費服務認證的安全機制，接下來將與電信業者研擬建立安全機制，並強化應用程式開發商與電信業者，以及電信業者與消費者之間的環節。
