期交所個資保護 獲認證

期交所昨（28）日舉辦個資保護國際認證授證典禮，成為全球第一個取得「BS 10012個人資料保護管理制度」認證的期貨交易所。

期交所歷經一年多的時間導入個人資料管理制度，終在10月16日通過「英國標準協會」（British Standard Institute）的實地審查作業，順利取得「BS 10012個人資料保護管理制度」（PIMS - Personal Information Management System）的合格認證。

總經理邱文昌表示，期交所配合新版個人資料保護法施行，成立跨部門的「推行個資法專案小組」、「PIMS導入分組」等，積極辦理個資盤點、風險評鑑作業，對交易、結算、監視、稽核、資訊等業務，深入檢視並確認個人資料項目及資料保存等細節。

此外，期交所也主動提升交易人個人資料管理及保護能力，並為落實個人資料保護完整性，辦理多場次個資認知相關訓練。另為提升所有同仁針對個人資料保護的意識，後續也將每半年持續進行BS 10012認證定期審查作業，確保個人資料管理制度（PIMS）的有效性。

期交所至今已取得ISO 9001品質、ISO 27001資訊安全等國際認可的認證。
