中華電李炎松：卸任董座非遭逼退　而是屆齡退休

【劉煥彥／台北報導】中華電（2330）董事長李炎松上午澄清，本月底卸下董事長一職，不是被上級逼退，而是自己希望屆齡退休，並強調個人異動與神腦（2450）沒有關係。
 
李炎松上午在中華電總公司親自說明，接任董事長後工作很辛苦，自己又在本月7日滿65歲，而公司規定65歲以上要續任董事長，需要報請上級機關同意。他與家人商量後，在去年11月中就赴交通部面報部長葉匡時，希望可以同意自己屆齡退休。
 
他說：「我絕對不是被逼退，目前也還是現任董事長，要到1月29日才交接，每天都還來上班。」
