網通獲利王神準(3558-TW)今(18)日舉行尾牙，董事長蔡文河扮演財神爺，他說，今年的營運比去年好，他充滿信心，希望員工共同努力將營運推向高峰，蔡文河表示，今年平均加薪幅度為3%到4%。

蔡文河表示，神準2006年成立，每年都加薪在3%以上，去年營運表現不錯，今年加薪幅度可望達到3%到4%以上，而為了犒賞員工，尾牙斥資800萬元，在林口體育館席開106桌，今年獎品逾100項，最大獎為價值60多萬元的TOYOTA VIOS一台，人人有1000元的獎金。

蔡文河表示，今年將揮軍中國市場，產品以WiFi為主，4G LTE產品為輔，已經有3、4個經銷商，另外，今年也將南美洲、墨西哥和巴西等列為新的布局地點，希望擴大國際市佔率。

神準去年前3季EPS達7.28元，法人估去年EPS有機會挑戰10元，賺上一個股本，今年全年EPS也有機會挑戰10元以上。
