飛航區放沖天炮　消防員取締遭炮襲

 鄰近松山機場彩虹橋2岸屬於飛航禁區，是禁止燃放爆竹的，今晚9時許，消防局派出內湖、民權及成德3個分隊前往該地進行取締任務，卻遭4名年輕男子以沖天炮攻擊，雖然沒有造成消防人員及車輛的傷害，但這行為已明顯觸犯了妨害公務罪。
 
執行取締爆竹的消防人員及車輛晚間遭到4名年輕男子放沖天炮挑釁攻擊，攻擊後立刻四處逃竄，消防人員立刻電請轄區派出所到場協助處理，由於該地相當陰暗，消防員只見4名年輕男子竄逃，卻無法明確辨別其特徵，因此警方到場後雖到處查探，卻無法發現4名男子行蹤，面對挑釁攻擊行為，消防局呼籲，內湖及松山區基隆河2岸都是水利處公告不得燃放爆竹的區域，希望民眾不要在該區燃放爆竹，也不要對取締爆竹的人員進行挑釁攻擊行為，以免觸法。
