軍審法修法 馬越洋簽署

針對軍事審判法部分條文修正，立法院十二日送抵總統府。總統府副發言人馬瑋國表示，總統府收到咨文後以最快速度呈報馬英九總統和副總統吳敦義，馬總統已在紐約簽署，將在最短時間送請行政院院長和國防部長副署，以完成憲政程序。最快可望於十三日完成相關程序，周三刊登總統府公報公布。

而針對總統出訪期間如何完成相關手續？馬瑋國表示，依照《公文程式條例》，包括令、呈、咨、函、公告等公文，「必要時得以電報、電報交換、電傳文件、傳真或其他電子文件行之」，此次總統府即以傳真方式處理，以爭取時效。
