防毒軟體阻擋outlook收信

之前發現outlook突然不能收信了，事後明白原來是防毒軟體的功能把它擋掉了，關閉電子郵件掃描功能之後即可正常收信
但是每次都要這樣重複步驟實在很麻煩，我用的是avast防毒軟體，
想請問該如何設定才不會擋掉outlook收信功能又不必暫時停用防毒軟體呢?
