國防部法律司：軍監囚犯十五日移送司法監獄

（軍聞社記者卓以立臺北十三日電）國防部法律司審判處副處長沈世偉上校今天在例行記者會中表示，第一階段移轉案件，無論目前在偵查中、審判中、執行中的案件，將全數移轉司法機關；偵查案件移轉至檢察署接辦，審判中案件移至司法法院，執行中案件由司法監獄接辦。

　沈世偉指出，臺南監獄內軍囚約三百餘位，預估第一次移送約二百五十人，法務部矯正署已開設十一個監獄，將於後天（十五日）開始移送，國防部已與法務部、憲兵等單位協調移送事宜。

　此外，有關林毅夫投敵罪方面，沈世偉強調，林毅夫乃投敵罪通緝，屬於第二階段移轉案件，依規定公布日施行後五個月生效，此案將移轉至司法機關，由司法檢察官接辦。
