最近有通報指出，部分仿冒和協力廠商轉換器的設計不良，可能會導致安全方面的問題。雖然並不是所有協力廠商轉換器都有問題，不過我們還是宣佈了一項 USB 電源轉換器召回計劃，協助客戶獲得設計完善的轉換器。

Apple 將客戶的安全列為首要優先。因此，我們所有的產品（包括 iPhone、iPad 和 iPod 的 USB 電源轉換器）不僅經過嚴格的安全性和可靠性測試，且所有設計皆符合世界各地政府的安全標準。

自 2013 年 8 月 16 日起，若您對於自己使用的任何 USB 電源轉換器有疑慮，可以將轉換器送到 Apple Store 零售店或 Apple 授權維修中心。我們保證將妥善處理這些轉換器，不會對環境造成傷害。

若您需要替換轉換器來為 iPhone、iPad 或 iPod 充電，建議您購買 Apple USB 電源轉換器。您可在限定期間內，以台幣 290 元的優惠價格換購 Apple USB 電源轉換器。為符合優惠條件，您必須交回至少一個 USB 電源轉換器，並將 iPhone、iPad 或 iPod 一併帶至 Apple Store 零售店或特約 Apple 授權維修中心，以完成序號驗證程序。在 2013 年 10 月 18 日前，您可用優惠價格換購 Apple USB 電源轉換器，每台 iPhone、iPad 和 iPod 限購一個。
