美違規監控每年上千次　侵隱私權

【綜合報導】《華盛頓郵報》根據史諾登提供的機密文件報導，自從美國國會2008年給予情治單位更大的權力以來，美國國家安全局（NSA）時常違反隱私權規範，或是逾越其法律權力，非法監控美國民眾或外籍人士，每年違規達數千次。
 
《華盛頓郵報》稱，國安局違反「海外情報監視法案」給予的權力，有時未按照標準的運作流程，攔截了民眾的電子郵件與電話通聯。但美國白宮昨天拒絕評論這則報導。
