請教一下慢跑10k中間要喝水嗎?

汗量減少是一個警訊,建議你適時補充水份.
我的速度跟你差不多,跑10k要70分鐘.我是可以不喝水跑完,但之後會口渴好幾個小時,喝再多水也不太能消除這種感覺.
所以我現在都是跑到5k時就喝水,大概補充200~300cc,後面5k會好跑很多.等10k跑完我還會陸續喝很多水,水裏加一點點鹽.
我量過跑步前後自己的體重差異,我會從70公斤掉到67.5公斤.不多喝水大概會虛脫吧…
