馬總統演說頻脫稿 闡述兩岸理念獲讚賞

馬英九總統在加勒比海聖露西亞國會發表演說，馬總統演說時數度脫稿，以英文詳細說明兩岸政策，他表示，上任至今能達成的兩岸成果，憑藉的理念就是對立超過60年的兩岸，不應再戰爭，現在是創造兩岸和平的時候。

馬總統解釋何謂「一個中國，各自表述」的內涵，以及如何藉此創造性模糊概念，促成兩岸恢復協商、關係重新開展時，露國國會議員以拍桌表示讚許。他說明兩岸如何以互不承認主權，互不否認治權方式，暫擱爭議，議員發出會心的笑聲。
