外商就是企業主是外國人總部自然在國外為了符合各國的公司法與海外分公司運作外商都有區分總部的職稱/職等與分公司的職稱/職等以漫畫社長島耕作中上海分公司總經理陳民生來說拔擢晉升兩級才能成為總公司的理事證明海外分公司與總部的職稱/職等差異以小弟曾經服務的外商A公司來說台灣孫公司總經理在總部的職等是V.P. 台灣孫公司隸屬於中國的子公司中國子公司的總經理在總部的職等是S.V.P. 向總部的E.V.P.報告所以外商在總部的職稱/職等才是影響薪資/福利的關鍵 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.75.180
