求救，我的電波錶慢了一小時又十五分

各位高手您們好，
我的電波錶是去日本出差時買的，
牌子是 SEIKO 電波說明書是編號是 1B22 , C-17。

買時有調整成 UTC+8 BPC 的時區，用了半年也都沒問題，
可是這兩天，不知為何慢了一小時又十五分，
我有測過電波訊號收得到，時區也都設對，
電力也夠(拿另一隻錶看著跑1分鐘沒有慢)，
觀查了二天，一樣就是慢一小時十五分，也不會再增加。

我在想是不是夏至時間的問題，
說明書我看了好久，也沒有夏至時區的設定。

請各位高手指點一下，是發生什麼事了，
該怎麼調整，感激不盡。
