南市南區金華里髒亂暗巷變身藝術長廊

台南市南區金華里從一片荒蕪的海埔新生地，蛻變成獲得聯合國認定的宜居社區，擔任里長19年的柯崑城表示，除了帶領社區志工撿拾垃圾、修剪花草，還購買樹苗成立樹木銀行。

今年將原本推滿雜物的暗巷，打造成馬賽克藝術巷，今舉辦揭幕儀式，不少民眾路過馬賽克藝術長廊，紛紛發出讚嘆說，這片牆面原本很灰暗，如今加上馬賽克裝飾，乾淨又漂亮，「咱的社區怎麼這麼美麗！」
