經長：兩岸貨貿談判 盼年底完成

【記者郭宜均台北報導】經濟部長張家祝16日表示，希望兩岸貨品貿易協議談判進度不受兩岸服務貿易協議影響，目前仍以今年底前完成為目標。

大陸國台辦主任張志軍日前表示，服務貿易協議引起的爭議，會影響到後續貨物貿易協議的談判氣氛，引發外界關切。

至於目前貨品貿易協議談判是否按照原訂進度進行，張家祝16日下午出席中華民國物流協會第8屆第3次會員大會時，表達希望不要受服貿協議影響。

張家祝說，原來目標今年底完成談判，目前目標不變，但因貨貿牽涉項目多，政府會盡量與相關產業進行溝通，但仍無法公開舉行說明會或公聽會。

有關國內業者對貨貿談判的態度，張家祝指出，部分業者希望能儘快談完，但也有人擔心大陸貨品來台後，可能產生競爭，「正反面意見都有」。

由於台星經濟夥伴協議（ASTEP）已完成實質談判，至於何時簽署，張家祝指出，希望不要太久，估計「應該在這1、2個月」。2013/8/16
