事情是這樣的

有天上線,發現某天的章變成沒蓋,於是告知客服,客服叫我提供證明,我上傳了當天上線記錄圖給客服
客服回答補償2章,但我看那天的章還是暗的,於是又問,這樣我會有蓋滿整月的獎勵嗎,客服回答"會一起算上"
我不疑有他繼續玩到月底發現沒算滿月獎勵,只給了2元寶
於是又告知客服這個問題,客服回答我沒用補簽卡所以沒有

問題來了....
1.補償沒給補簽卡
2要我自己買補簽卡我又何必要你補償

之後我又尋問當時為何不告知要用補簽卡,我現在也無法補簽了
客服問題的狀態都變成 "--"
是逃避回答嗎? 這叫我怎麼辦呢
