減肥的早餐都吃些什麼?

早餐吃什麼一直都很困擾著我

以往我都吃:

1.炒麵+豬血大腸湯(都被笑是工人才這樣吃)

2.蛋餅+熱狗(西式早餐店,我都要吃二種以上,才會有飽足感)

3.用麵粉糊下去煎的蛋餅(很厚很Q,但也很油)

4.在家煮麵吃(泡麵、白麵線。不過都睡過頭,也沒機會煮)

5.鍋貼6顆、或是水煎包2顆

。。。

以上我都知道“過油、且都是澱粉。

我九點半上班,午餐約一點才吃。

若只喝杯燕麥很快的,十一點就餓了。暈~~

超商的沙拉又是冷的,早上吃冷的我會吃不下去。囧

。。。

請問各位,你們減肥的早餐都吃些什麼?

早餐很重要。一定要吃,不吃我會很難過

我想,早餐若吃的少、又清淡,對要瘦身是很有幫助的

但怎樣吃會較好,請教各位了!!

。。
