過年的時候你22：00從台北上高速公路要到高雄
請問免過路費時段要怎麼算里程？
我直接算總里程400公里的話是要收你200公里的費用嗎？
如果你2230就先在中歷服務區休息半小時，
所以你接下來一小時其實只跑到苗栗，
根本沒200公里，多收的向誰投訴又你要怎麼證明自己的實際里程數不到200公里呢？
這樣有沒有覺得門架架設在路上比在閘道合理一點點
