香草藥區開發遭起訴 張花冠再喊冤

因為大埔美香草藥草園區開發案遭起訴，嘉義縣長張花冠今天在縣府同心月會上，向員工強調自己問心無愧，希望縣府員工依法行政，寬心的繼續為縣政打拼。

張花冠指出幕後黑手如影隨行抹黑她，她堅持自己是一位堅強女性，從未鬆懈縣政，對於這次司法起訴案，張花冠說這是縣府開發案，當時的縣長與相關公務人員未圖利任何人，都未被起訴，8、9年前的案子，不解最後結果卻是當時擔任立委的她，被以具爭議性的「實質影響力」連接賄款而起訴。張花冠說，沒想到行使立委職權認真問政，優質政績反變起訴證據，「這是政治起訴，起訴的是民進黨的嘉義縣長」。

談到起訴書中的一筆3000萬元，張花冠強調是「借款」非「賄款」，且是為她先生曾振農的公司所借，而這筆「借款」自97年分四次共還了3960萬元，哪有人「賄款」還加計利息還錢的？
