德國將認可性別未定新生兒

德國內政部21日宣布新規定，允許無法明確認定性別的新生兒，不必在出生證明上註記男性或女性。新規定將於11月1日施行，屆時德國將成為歐盟第一個認可性別未定新生兒的國家。（路透柏林21日電）
