颱風後吹西南風 中南部防大雨

中央氣象局今天表示，輕颱潭美明天上午將遠離台灣，北部天氣將先轉好，中南部吹西南風，將有局部雷陣雨，仍應小心防範。

氣象局說，潭美颱美遠離後會帶進西南風，強度雖然未達「西南氣流」的程度，仍會造成迎風面的中南部平原和山區降雨，北部地區在明天的天氣會先變好一些。

氣象局表示，23日(週五)時，西南部和東南部仍會有很高降雨的機率，如果再加上前2天的降雨量，總雨量仍是偏高，山區應防範土石流，平原地區應防積水。
