可以寫實踐的過程、實際的動作、或舉例說明實況。
目標有具體的、和不具體兩種。具體例如:某科成績進步、學會什麼才藝等等。
不具體例如:拉近親子關係、更有勇氣等等。還有，近程目標是短時間內可達成的，並不是幾十年後那種，還要符合自己現有能力、不要好高騖遠。要看清題目，是寫一種還是甚麼的。
