9/2因上班途中覺得身體很不適所以下午請假去看醫生(有附上證明)但因為檢查報告有異常所以在9/10下午請假回診(也有附上證明)然而醫生安排我9/18做另一科身體檢查(也是有附上證明)但就在看完診回家路上發生車禍.導致骨折.醫生安排我9/21開刀.所以我的家人幫我跟公司請假到10/7.請問我九月份的薪水如何計算呢??
另外我在9/24就出院.其餘的時間都待在家裡休養等拆線.我打電話給公司是否要先把證明附上(但公司的人的卻跟我說要上班時後再銷假.我怕公司是否會給予我用矌職扣薪).另外我們公司規定周四不能請假.如果請假要扣2天的薪水.那我是病假這樣如果被扣是布是不合法呢??另外我們薪職條都是2個月後發放.所以我真的不曉得如何計算.月薪24000.
