天慧擔心再次被抓走，經與金茂討論，建議天慧離開花蓮，天慧途中因救白梅而受傷，最 後被白梅收留。 十二年後，天慧改名白玉蘭，與白梅移居基隆，白梅因正男的提拔成為舞廳的經營者， 正男因對秋憐的思念，遲遲不肯接受白梅的感情，白梅時常借酒澆愁。 經營醬油工廠的朝陽與玉蘭街道擦撞，玉蘭遺落與親生父相認的懷錶，遭朝陽撿走， 朝陽回想起小時往事，得知玉蘭即是天慧，盼能再見玉蘭將錶與項鏈歸還。 http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2808/10436401146_32805408d3.jpg
