委內瑞拉設「幸福部」　民酸「先給我們衛生紙吧」

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】委內瑞拉總統馬度洛（Nicolas Maduro）24日宣布創設「幸福部」（Vice Ministry of Supreme Social Happiness），但在國內外似乎都得到一片嘲諷。英媒《每日電訊報》稱委國「連衛生紙都缺」，委國民眾則酸「怎麼不設啤酒部，像我這樣的酒鬼才會真幸福」。

馬度洛表示，「幸福部」將整合政府所有對抗貧窮的計畫。但美聯社稱，擁有石油資源的委內瑞拉其實長期缺乏基本物資與醫療資源，通貨膨脹情況嚴重。31歲的主婦阿方索（Liliana Alfonzo）就說，與其弄什麼「幸福部」，不如讓她可以買得到牛奶跟衛生紙。

馬度洛在宣佈創設「幸福部」時說要處理街童（無家可歸的流浪兒童）問題，但烏拉圭的新聞社Mercopress批評，前總統查維茲還在位時發誓要讓委內瑞拉的接上看不到一個街童，不然就「不叫查維茲」，結果委內瑞拉還不是老樣子？
