標題[請問] 藥事法 露天拍賣多的藥膏

想問在今年畢旅因家人需要泰國有名的藥膏所以一次就帶了20條回來，結果一次帶太多就想說放著也不好就上網查有沒有人在賣，於是在露天看到有一位賣家在賣，所以就照著他訂的價位在賣平均一條賺100塊但過兩個月收到衛生局的信件，發現好像觸犯了藥事法… 看了網路上別人的經驗好像都有被罰緩…現在還是學生又有學貸也是第一次賣不了解…賣完也沒賣了… 請問我該怎麼辦有什麼辦法免罰嗎或以勞動代替罰緩>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.241.48.212
