雙子星案 何岳儒、王佑仁交保

台北地檢署偵辦雙子星案，起訴被告何岳儒、王佑仁等人後，台北地方法院今天裁定兩人分別以新台幣200萬元及150萬元交保。

台北地檢署偵辦雙子星案，繼依貪污罪起訴巿議員賴素如後，4日第二波偵結，依背信罪起訴前台北巿財政局長邱大展，以詐欺、偽造文書及公司法等罪嫌起訴太極雙星公司負責人何岳儒、太極雙星團隊成員王佑仁、賈二慶及幕後操盤者程宏道。

台北地院下午召開羈押庭，審酌本案案情，以及何岳儒、王佑仁涉案情節及比例原則等，認為已無羈押必要，准兩人分別以200萬元及150萬元交保候傳，並限制出境、出海與限制住居。

但北院也諭知，何岳儒、王佑仁交保後不得與其他共同被告、相關證人聯繫。
