社頂公園騎電動車上的去嗎?

我是17歲的高中生，想乘還沒開學這段時間跟朋友去墾丁2日遊。
因為我們是做墾丁列車，不知道他到墾丁之後是在哪個地方讓乘客下車？
但因為我們沒有駕照，所以只能租電動車，
第一天的行程是想說去南灣玩玩水之後想去社頂公園看星星
但不知道電動車騎不騎得上山，安不安全？如果下山的話會不造成什麼不便？
從社頂下墾丁街又需要多久的時間？
第二天不知道可以去什麼地方玩？價錢不要太貴，希望平價點，畢竟我們還是學生，呵呵:)

以上問題希望有好心人可以一一幫我解答，雖然問題有點多呵呵:)
也希望可以給我們點建議，我們的民宿是住郭媽媽的家，也想請問那附近有甚麼好吃好玩的，希望可以介紹給我們喔 <3
