天冷猝死 老翁開農用拼裝車自撞

彰化市75歲林姓拾荒老人猝死，警方今天初步勘驗，老翁6日上午駕駛農用拼裝車外出拾荒，疑似天氣驟變，引發腦溢血死亡。

警方調查，林姓老翁有高血壓病史，他6日上午駕駛農用拼裝車外出，行駛到彰化市彰南路5段時，疑似最近氣溫驟變，引發腦溢血在車內死亡後，車子撞上路旁轎車，導致轎車凹陷、保險桿脫落，所幸被撞車輛裡面無人。
