MERCEDES-BENZ的賽車運動主管Toto Wolff認為，F1頂尖車隊的支出從長期來看還是會維持在高預算。各支車隊正在討論在2015年推出預算限制，車隊對此看法不一，不少人認為這還是行不通的，而Toto Wolff認為長期來看支出仍然很高，特別是廠隊和小車隊之間的預算差距會讓F1面臨嚴重的威脅。
