【短片】資源回收物　變裝置藝術

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】農曆春節腳步已近！宜蘭市公所利用所回資源回收物與環保素材，在市區5個主要街口，布置不同主題與風格的年節裝置藝術，讓宜蘭市街頭充滿濃濃年味。

市長黃定和表示，中山公園入口處的「躍馬祥龍」以回收CD光碟、漂流木、回收寶特瓶、排風管、稻草等素材，創造出的大型環保藝術作品，躍馬及祥龍攀附於地球上再結合四季草花加以美化，呈現出地球因「倡導環保、大地回春」的意向。

幾米廣場前分隔島上的「年年如意」，是用漂流木配合四季草花創作12生肖環保雕塑，搭配回收寶特瓶創作的如意燈飾，呈現年年如意、歲歲平安的主題。另3座是：市公所廣場前「平安歲到」、東港路橋頭「福鶴迎春」、東港路槽化島「年年有餘」。
