【動新聞】北上車流今將爆最大量　半夜再上路

高公局統計，前天大年初二國道交通量為305萬輛次，創歷史新高紀錄，預估今天全天約290萬至300萬輛次，北上車輛可能出現春節假期最大量，北上將實施高乘載管制。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，昨大年初三國道爆出遊車潮，下午3時解除高乘載管制後中部路段陷交通黑暗期，有用路人被塞在員林系統1.5小時，也有人光是上國一中部匝道就等了50分鐘。今天上午9時至下午3時國一和國三北上將繼續實施高乘載管制，國五下午3時至晚上8時北上蘇澳至頭城段也將加入乘載管制，小客車坐滿3人才能上國道。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
