遭訴貪汙 張花冠：不驚訝

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義16日電）嘉義縣長張花冠被控在立委任內收授廠商賄款，今天被嘉義地檢署起訴。張花冠表示，這是政治起訴，她一點都不驚訝。

張花冠涉嫌在立法委員任內，以協助廠商取得嘉義縣大埔美香草藥草生物科技園區BOT開發案土地的地上權設定、展延融資為由，向廠商索賄，先後收受廠商潘忠豪新台幣3000萬元賄款。

檢方今天依涉嫌違反貪污治罪條例、洗錢防制法等罪嫌將張花冠提起公訴，並向法院請求從重量刑，以維官箴。

對此，張花冠表示，自從她擔任縣長以來，一直覺得有一隻黑手在幕後操縱，企圖用司法手段來影響縣政。

她說，在一連串的政治操弄之下，今天檢方的起訴，就是政治起訴，她一點都不驚訝。

張花冠強調，大埔美香草藥草生物科技園區開發案，是她在立法院依法行使立委職權、為嘉義縣爭取權益，她自認對得起自己的良心，對得起嘉義縣民。1020816
