【綜合報導】桃園縣今天正常上班上課，但上午因風雨達到停班停課標準，宣布中午12時起停止上班上課。《蘋果》直擊許多學生狼狽返家。

縣長吳志揚在上午防災會報當中表示，依照中央氣象局預測，風雨達到停班停課標準，宣布中午12時起停止上班上課。不過中午桃園縣雨勢正大，許多學生撐傘仍淋成落湯雞。
