WIN7的檔案 換地方就會有鎖的圖案 外加請問怎把捷徑消掉

1.換地方會有鎖的圖案
我只要把檔案換一的地方 那個檔案就會有一個小鎖得圖案
可是完全沒有影響 只是在那邊很礙眼想要把它用掉

2.捷徑的問題
因為我電腦剛從灌 很不習慣WIN7專業版 每次拖一個檔案 他的名子後面就會跑出"捷徑" 我也覺得他很煩 要一個一個慢慢刪掉 請問可以把它全部消掉嗎??
