（軍聞社記者李一豪臺北十六日電）為使國人瞭解我國兵役制度改革的願景與挑戰，漢聲廣播電台特別邀請立法委員陳鎮湘接受訪問，相關內容將在漢聲全國調頻聯播網「News Online」節目中播出，屆時歡迎聽眾踴躍收聽，一同支持推動募兵制，健全國家兵役制度。

　漢聲廣播電台台長涂光大上校表示，節目中以「募兵制能不能在二年後成功施行」為主題，由陳委員針對推動募兵制的政策思維、時空環境、利害因素、配套措施、激勵誘因等面向，進行廣泛而深入的探討和分析。

　訪談過程中，陳委員特別提出，推動募兵制與兵力結構及國家安全息息相關，相關事務絕非僅是國防部一個單位的事；如何激勵並行銷軍人的社會形象及專業能力，進而吸引優秀青年加入國軍，更有賴政府跨部會間的密切協調合作，才能完成役政改革的目標。

　完整訪談內容將區分上、下二集，分別於十月廿一、廿八日晚間六點廿分，在漢聲全國調頻聯播網「News Online」節目中播出，歡迎聽友準時收聽。
