標題[問題] 正職變派遣?

目前在職中，已工作2~3年，因為想換個有前景及錢景的工作，八月底開始投履歷，有家自己投的公司有通知面試，該公司職缺在104沒有註明派遣或正職，就想說應是正職，中間過程我完全沒有和派遣公司有接觸，通知面試的也是公司，今天去面試公司卻和我說這個缺是派遣(不算約聘)，會另外簽約一年一簽，福利和一般員工完全相同，差別只是發薪的是派遣公司，因為目前公司人數太多，有機會可轉成一般員工。想請問大家，公司一開始沒講清楚算違法嗎? 因為感覺自己好像被騙，且面試有三關，目前通過第一關，感覺要過好幾關且又是派遣很沒保障... 目前還沒談到薪水、希望待遇、在職工作薪水等問題，只聽說薪水還不錯，我自己是覺得薪水若沒多很多就再找別的工作~ 不曉得大家若遇到這種情況會如何決擇呢? -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.78.73.92
