【短片】關廠工人爭工作權　呼籲政府修法

【李英婷／台北報導】全國關廠工人連線今齊聚立法院，以行動劇要求立法院本會期通過勞工版《勞基法》第28條修正案，將《勞基法》所定積欠工資墊償範圍擴大，納入退休金與資遣費，以彌補雇主一落跑、國家擺爛，工人棺材本就不保的退休金舊制缺陷。到場聲援的民進黨立委林淑芬、尤美女皆承諾，絕對力推將此案列為最優先法案，捍衛勞工權利。

全國關廠工人連線呼籲，立法院長王金平既已爭回工作權，現就應維護全民利益，也保護關廠工人的工作權。該聯盟決定9月29日國民黨全國黨代會這天，將包圍國父紀念館會場，當面向馬英九總統表達訴求，盼望政府盡速修補勞基法的漏洞。
